Taipei American School is a member of the East Asian Regional Council of Overseas Schools (EARCOS), an organization of 100 member schools in East Asia. EARCOS holds an Administrator's Conference every November and a Teacher's Conference every March/April. In addition, EARCOS hosts two-day "Weekend Workshops" at member schools throughout the year. In support of EARCOS, TAS provides full registration funding for pre-conference and general conference attendance for any full-time faculty who wish to attend. All other costs (flight, hotel, etc.) are the responsibility of each particular faculty member. |
