PD Allocations

The Professional Development Council has pre-approved funding in support of the professional development activities listed below.

There are annual allocations set aside for divisions, administrators, directors, coordinators, support services and early childhood.

Upper School Counseling Chair	College Admissions counseling NACAC Conference	1 per year
Upper School Counseling	College Admissions OACAC Conference or equivalent	1 per year
Upper School Counseling	Summer College Visit	Travel support for 1 counselor per year
IB/AP Coordinator	Program Leadership Regional Conference	1 per year
IB/AP Faculty (approved by IB/AP Coordinator and US Principal)	External Curriculum Regional Conference	based upon identified needs and prioritized using the IB/AP allocation rubric
Mandarin Coordinator	Program Leadership International Conference	1 per year
K-12 Faculty	Teaching and Learning EARCOS Teacher’s Conference	All registration fees; all other costs are the responsibility of the participating faculty member
EARCOS Workshop Presenters	Presentation EARCOS Teacher’s Conference	Full funding for those accepted to present at EARCOS; co-presenters share a room or split the cost of a single room
